How long does it take to get my shipment
Mseljoy Accessories offers same-day shipping with in-stock items. For products at our fulfillment center, shipment may take up to 4 days.

How safe is your jewelry
Mseljoy Accessories’ pieces are nickel and lead free. Our jewelry inventory is also kept in a controlled environment.

How long does it take to get a refund on my purchase
Refunds are processed as soon as you request from our end. However, it may take your bank longer to process. Please check with your banking institution on their refund policy.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
Follow instructions provided on the bottom of the email from our Newsletter to unsubscribe.

How can I write. Review of your services or products?
You can write a review of a product on the relevant product page. The review box appears just under the “Add to cart” area on each product page.
