If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your items within 10 days of the delivery of your product. After 10 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Return and exchange items can be mailed using any method you choose, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Mail your return to the address below: Mseljoy Accessories, P.O Box 4943, Schenectady NY 12304. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If merchandise meets the requirements of our return/exchange policy, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items on sale or discontinued are final sale.

To exchange for a different item or color, contact us via email for return label. Once items is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit.
